Rest, Restore, and Reiki

Settle into stillness and give your body and mind the chance to deeply rest. This gentle class uses props — bolsters, blankets, and blocks — to fully support you in restful postures, held for several minutes at a time. The result is a practice that soothes the nervous system and invites a state of calm, ease, and full relaxation.

During class, Reiki energy healing will also be offered for those who are interested. When you register, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to receive Reiki from a distance or with gentle physical touch.

💜 Class is intentionally limited to 6 participants to create a cozy, supportive atmosphere. While we’ll have props available, restorative yoga often uses lots, so please bring your favorites from home if you’re able.
