Yin in the Dark

Step into the shadows with me for a special Yin Yoga class, held in near-darkness.

Yin is a practice of softening, slowing down, and turning inward. By withdrawing the senses, we give ourselves more room to focus on what’s happening beneath the surface — our breath, our body, our inner world. Practicing in the dark helps us let go of external distractions and settle even more deeply into stillness.

And since it’s October… why not lean into the season? 👻🕯️
Darkness can feel spooky, mysterious, and even a little uncomfortable... but this class is about meeting that discomfort with curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to face the unknown, to embrace the quiet, and to find calm in the shadows.
