Time for a nice NEW venue! And let's depart a bit from our usual downtown Boston spots and meet a few miles away in BROOKLINE (maybe edge of Boston?) this time on Tuesday, August 12th at Marriott's AC HOTEL CLEVELAND CIRCLE, which is located at 395 Chestnut Hill Ave. It's nearby the B, C & D Green Lines and has FREE parking. For those of you who don't relish going to Boston during rush hour--and then have to search for parking--this is the perfect opportunity to decrease your driving stress (hopefully!) and join us at a new venue that may be easier for some folks to get to.
There are NO ZOOMS or virtual events here. And who wants to meet folks by Zoom in the summer anyway? Get out and meet in-person! :o) BGP is one of the friendliest gay networking groups in New England; you'll meet nice people from all walks of life for some face-to-face networking & conversation. Come out and share a laugh or two...
The event starts at 6:30 and ends at about 9:00. You don't need to get there at 6:30, so please come by when you can and join us.
PRICE:
Unless it's your first evening event, which is free (see below), the fee is $10 if paid in advance and is made when you RSVP via PAYPAL.
Meetup adds a separate $1.62 fee for itself (greedy bastards!), so the total will now be $11.62. Unfortunately, we can't waive this fee if you register through Meetup. BUT...
...if you don't want to pay it or don't like PayPal, you can save $1.62 and use VENMO to pay just $10 instead. Please contact Dan at

There are NO REFUNDS, so please only RSVP if you're sure you can attend. If you have to cancel though, kindly change your RSVP.
If there's room after the event starts--and you can RSVP through Meetup until 6:30--you can still attend, but it will cost $15 (cash) at the door. No exceptions! So pre-payment is definitely less expensive.
IF IT'S YOUR FIRST EVENT: ATTENDING FOR FREE...
If you are new or have never been to an event, YOUR FIRST EVENT IS FREE. That way you can meet us and check out the group.
Meetup, however, won't allow you to RSVP without paying, so you must e-mail Dan at

GETTING THERE BY T:
The AC Hotel is conveniently located near the B, C, or D Green Lines. It's 2 blocks from the RESERVOIR stop on the D Line; 3-4 blocks from CLEVELAND CIRCLE on the C line; and 6-7 blocks from the CHESTNUT HILL stop on the B Line.
PARKING:
Parking at the hotel is FREE (yay!). You'll see the parking lot when you turn into the hotel from Chestnut Hill Ave and drive towards the entrance.
