Pop-Up Vinyasa: The Life of a Showgirl

Get ready to step behind the curtain and shine like a star—Erika, our resident Swiftie, is leading a pop-vinyasa flow to celebrate The Life of a Showgirl! We’ll channel the album’s electric energy, cinematic glamour, and raw storytelling as we move through beats that would feel right at home in a showgirl’s dressing room.

Expect a flow inspired by tracks like “The Fate of Ophelia,” where we’ll move with fluidity and drama; “Actually Romantic,” for heart-opening, dreamy postures; maybe a sprinkle of “Wi$h Li$t” sass; and finishing strong with “The Life of a Showgirl” energy—glamorous, bold, collaborative (shoutout Sabrina Carpenter!), and unapologetic.

Dress in whatever makes you feel like you just walked off stage—sequins, sparkle, vintage glam, or orange vibes. We’ll warm up, stretch out, sweat, flow with intention, maybe even “cancelled!”-out any negativity, and leave feeling like the show’s just getting started.
