Rage is not something to hide or fear—it is sacred fire. In the myth of the goddess Kali, rage becomes a holy force of destruction, clearing away illusion and ego so that truth and renewal can emerge. In this workshop, we honor feminine rage not as a weakness, but as medicine.
Through yoga, breathwork, movement, and voice, we will give form to rage, allowing it to be expressed fully and witnessed in a safe, supportive circle. The practice will culminate in the creation of descansos—personal altars to rage—where each participant may symbolically lay her rage to rest.
This is a vulnerable space for female-identifying people, held with care as a safe container. Participants are asked to bring openness, discretion, and respect for the sacredness of what is shared among the group.
Come prepared to move, to feel, to release, and to reclaim your power.
Participants are not required, but are encouraged, to read "Women Who Run With Wolves" and "Diana, Herself" before the event.
