Here’s what to know before you arrive:
There is no parking at the Preserve. Participants must utilize street parking or locate parking in a nearby public lot.
There are several free parking options in downtown Chestertown:
On-street parking along High Street, Cross Street, and Queen Street. Municipal lots on Spring Street, Cannon Street, and Calvert Street (time limits may apply).
After parking, enjoy a short walk to the preserve.
What to Bring: A yoga mat (we’ll have a few extras if needed), comfortable clothing, and anything else that helps you feel supported (a blanket, water, or journal).
What to Expect: This class is slow and nourishing—featuring intention setting, gentle movement, restorative poses, hands-on assists, and an extended savasana with sound. It’s designed to calm the nervous system, deepen embodiment, and connect with the natural beauty of the wetlands.
This class is open to all levels, no prior yoga experience needed.
We can’t wait to share this special morning of stillness and connection with you.
