Join us for a special FREE pelvic floor class as part of Chesterton’s 3rd Friday celebration! This all-levels session is designed to help you connect to your core, understand your pelvic floor, and build strength and stability from the inside out.

This class includes:
• Simple techniques to strengthen and release the pelvic floor 🌟
• Anatomy tips so you can actually locate and feel these key muscles 🧠
• Movement and breathwork to support your overall core health 🧘‍♀️
