Hi my name is Alexia (Eternal Essence) I am an ecstatic & transformational dance facilitator, shamanic and angelic channel , EFT & mindset coach ✨

My workshop is like no other 💥 I use the best funkiest old skool house music which will send your inner child wild 🤪 During the 45min workshop I will guide you to open your hearts with lady Cacao, activate your throat chakra with vocal activations, we will dance, release and move that stagnant energy around and OUT of your body with somatic and free movement whilst I use my shamanic drum to channel messages and heal your nervous system, I will guide you tapping your meridian system to affirm your greatness and then drop you into a deep meditation with positive affirmations and sound - sounds good???
