Supporters’ Field Trip

Take a tour of some of the new land the Trust is looking after, learning how we have acquired it and our plans for the future.

Over the past two years the Trust has taken on new land for nature. Join Trust Director, Jim Cokill, and Reserves Manager, Andy Wadds for a tour of some of the new land, and find out about how the Trust is utilising green investment opportunities, like Biodiversity Net Gain, to restore nature at scale.

We will meet at 1pm in front of Rainton Meadows Visitor Centre and take a minibus to tour Ricknall Carrs, Mordon Carrs and Bishop's Fen (if time permits), returning by 4.30pm.
