Antenatal session for mummy and birthing partner to attend together to prepare positively for birth and baby and early post postpartum.
Everything I wish I’d known before my first baby 8 years ago after training in pregnancy yoga, care and birthing balls, hypnobirthing, postnatal yoga and care and of course through my own experiences of pregnancy birth and being a mum of two.
This isn’t about me though it’s about helping YOU gather information, understand what choices YOU have, offering tools YOU may like to use, helping you to prepare for YOUR birth and baby.
My friend and colleague Joanna Coulthard trained in baby feeding, safe sleeping and more to offer additional information and support during and beyond the session.

A little goody bag is also included for our mums-to-be, there’ll be handouts and audio tracks provided too.
Limited to 6 couples. Unfortunately this session is not suitable for children to attend.
