One off class.

Let me teach you new techniques to use your birthing ball to your best advantage to help support your continued exercise, relief for your body in pregnancy particularly back and hips, strengthening, positive baby positioning for birth, and including positions good for labour.

Every woman should be given a birthing ball and information on how to use it during pregnancy! Amazing resources during third trimester for ALL women!
