Girls Night Out is hosted by Rocky Kitzmiller of Tune-in 2 Wellness in Virginia Beach. Rocky is a guide for the soul, a champion for your wellness, and a woman who knows healing starts from within. Her approach is intuitive, holistic, and deeply personal. Through her work in coaching, Reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy, and the sacred spaces she creates, Rocky helps women release what weighs them down and step into their most authentic, vibrant selves.
