This deeply healing and empowering experience is led by Robin—a Kundalini Yoga Teacher based in OBX, NC and Virginia. She facilitates the Sacred Hoop and is a Recovery 2.0 Yoga Informed Recovery Coach. Robin is passionate about sharing the profound benefits of Kundalini Yoga and the Sacred Hoop as vibrational medicine for all.
By integrating kriya and mantra into her daily life, Robin has overcome spinal and knee injuries, healed from psoriasis and PTSD, and released dependency on substances—choosing instead to work with Kundalini Yoga as her sacred path. She has been trained by Master Teachers both in the U.S. and internationally.
