Go beyond the expected with yoga-fitness fusion WARRIOR Rhythm!

This unique format moves to the beat of the music, bridging the gap between traditional yoga and classic group exercise. We weave together elements of mindfulness, yoga, weights and cardio in a fun and challenging beat-driven class. It's not yoga, it's yoga-ish!

Experience a one-hour class, and expect deep dives into form/alignment, class sequencing and making movements accessible for everyone, plus an anatomy review. Come as you are, and walk out fully prepared to slay your first class!
