- **Event Description**: Fresh Pasta: From Flour to ForkAbout this EventThere’s nothing quite as satisfying as fresh pasta- especially when you make it yourself!In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create the perfect pasta dough and transform it into delicate fettuccine or pappardelle, in a professional commercial kitchen. Your chef instructor will guide you through the process, from kneading and rolling out the dough to cutting beautiful ribbons of pasta. You’ll also get a demo on how to prepare either a rich a butter &amp; sage sauce or a marinara space.No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
