Free Qigong Class

Arts Center of North Arkansas and Sandy Farnham are happy to offer a FREE Qigong class on Mondays at 10am. Gentle, flowing movements build strength, balance, and focus while guiding energy (qi) through the body. Stand or sit—optional cardio for extra vitality!
