Rock Yoga

Join Helice for a fun, invigorating yoga class set to the rhythm of rock music. This is a donation - based class with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer's Association. This practice will
begin with pranayama (breathwork) followed by a blend of static yoga asanas (poses) and slow flow, while soaking in the sounds of 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock. We will enjoy some gentle yoga playfulness and finally land in the warmth and comfort of guided savasana. This practice is perfect for first-timers and experienced yogis, alike. Following our practice, we will enjoy some fellowship with light refreshments. There will also be the option to participate in a raffle for some cool gifts + 50/50 raffle.
