Power Generation Workshop with Jim Armstrong

POWER GENERATION WORKSHOP
This workshop covers:
• Learning to use an open hand to deliver maximum power - Palms, slaps and axe hands
• Time permitting will also cover Power Punching - producing maximum power through a closed hand punch.

For Ages 14+. Any non-KMA attendees who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

About Jim Armstrong

Jim is an extremely accomplished martial artist and self defence trainer, holding black belts and instructor accreditations in over 10 different styles and arts. Jim is the founder of the Raw Combatives system and has taught Power Generation and his Raw Combatives system all over the world.

Aside from his martial arts qualifications, Jim also holds numerous qualifications in fitness and effective movement training, Jim uses his extensive overall knowledge from these qualifications and his martial arts training to teach students how to maximise their power in this Power Generation workshop.
