Knife Defense Workshop

Krav Maga Australia presents our popular comprehensive workshop focusing on essential techniques for defending against knife attacks.

Aligned with KMA's core principles, this seminar implements a holistic approach to personal safety incl encompassing avoidance and prevention strategies.

Participants will learn physical self defence techniques and delve into:
- Recognising & understanding behavioural cues
- Environmental awareness and situational assessment
- Behavioural & Body language red flags
- De-escalation tactics
- Interpreting pre-attack indicators
- Physical self defence techniques focusing on knife attacks, incl the use of objects within your environment

Krav Maga is not a martial art, it is a realistic street-based self-defence system. This seminar addresses proactive actions to avoid dangerous situations and equip participants with practical and effective self-defense techniques for scenarios where avoidance isn't possible.

You do not have to have a high level of fitness for this workshop.

For ages 14years+. All attendees under 18 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
