Join Gina, a meditation coach with over 10 years of experience, for an uplifting meditation session, designed to gently introduce you to the practice of meditation - a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus and cultivating emotional balance.

You'll begin with light breathwork and gentle stretches to ease tension and settle the body. Then, Gina will guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation, helping you quiet the mind and tap into a sense of inner peace.
