3rd Party Protection Workshop

Focusing on self-defense situations where you need to protect another person with you or come to the aid of someone else who is the primary target of the aggressor, whether it's a friend, family member, or stranger.

Aligned with KMA's core principles, this workshop implements a holistic approach to personal safety including avoidance and prevention strategies.


Participants will learn physical self-defence techniques and delve into:

• “Rules/laws” around when to come to the aid of another person.
• De-escalation strategies
• Getting yourself between the person you are protecting and the
aggressor
• Control and restraining an aggressor
• Control and restraining an aggressor armed with a stick or knife

Krav Maga is not a martial art, it is a realistic street-based self-defence system. This seminar addresses proactive actions to avoid dangerous situations and equip participants with practical and effective self-defense techniques for scenarios where avoidance isn't possible.


Attendees must be 14 years and over, all attendees under 18 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian if not a KMA members.
