Time: 1:00 – 2:30 PM
In-person or join virtually via Zoom

This session is perfect for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation in natural hair care. You'll learn:

• How to build a consistent routine for kinky, coily, or curly hair
• All things moisture retention, breakage prevention, and healthy scalp maintenance
• Product education: what to use, how to layer, and how to avoid product build-up
• Live product demo and interactive Q&A session

You'll leave feeling confident in caring for your hair or your child's hair, with new tools and knowledge you can use immediately.

Time: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
In-person only – hands-on

Whether you're a total beginner or looking to perfect your technique, this hands-on workshop covers:

• How to part neatly and section effectively
• Finger positioning and building up your grip
• Understanding tension: how tight is too tight?
• Creating clean, classic straight-back cornrows
• Guided practice using provided mannequin heads, combs, clips, and tools

This session is ideal for self-stylists, parents, aspiring stylists or anyone who wants to learn a new skill.

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
In-person only – hands-on

In this creative and practical session, you’ll learn how to braid with control, speed, and style. This workshop includes:

• Techniques for basic plaits, box braids, and feed-in braids
• Working with clean sections and consistent tension
• Product recommendations to aid grip and finish
• Live demos followed by guided hands-on practice with mannequin heads and all tools provided
