Monthly Moon Gatherings 🌝🌚

Each month I hold two gatherings timed around the moon.

Drift: a gathering under the full moon.
This event usually includes cacao, some somatic movement, a soundbath and time to journal.
The nearest Friday to the full moon.
8-9:45pm

Pause: a gathering under the new moon. This event is slow, with plenty of time to pause and surrender. Yoga, sound and time to share in circle.
The nearest Saturday to the new moon.
2:30-5pm
