Sound Bath Experience

We are so excited to invite you to our first Sound Bath experience! Enjoy an evening of relaxation and healing as you take in the healing frequencies of Sound Bath meditation. This event will be held inside the community room of the Mystic Nook at 6226 Ringgold Road across from Krystal.

Cost: $20 per person
What you need to know:
1. Bring a Yoga mat if possible. If not, we can let you use one of ours.

2. Bring a blanket. Often in a Sound Bath experience, the frequencies can change the temperature of our bodies as we become more relaxed.
