About your instructor: Jequise is a YTT-200 certified yoga instructor who fell in love with the practice through YouTube videos, discovering it as a way to challenge herself without the pressure of traditional workouts. Her classes are chill, vibey, and relaxing—centered around calming the nervous system and helping you feel good in your body, no pressure to be perfect. Outside the studio, she’s all about long walks, great food, and smooth R&B vibes.
