What can I expect?
A Hatha / Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels designed to cultivate strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. This class is fairly physical (you may break a little sweat!)with the focus on connecting breath with movement.
Modifications are offered throughout so you can work within your ability or experiment outside your comfort zone should you choose to!
Expect sun salutations, classic postures, stretches, twists, folds, strength and core strength work and balances. Suitable for all levels including enthusiastic beginners.
Courses run in six week blocks and are often fully booked but please message me if you'd like to drop in when you are able to and if there is a space you are very welcome!
Our venue is close to Dockside and St Mary's Island with free onsite parking, toilets, a coffee shop and beautiful waterside views.
