Public Health Clinic

Immunizations are available for children and adults who:
• Do not have health insurance
• Have health insurance that does not cover vaccines
AND children who:
• Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
• Are on a Minnesota Healthcare Program (MA, MNCare or PMAP)

• $21 fee/vaccine but no one denied service if unable to pay
• Due to 2023 legislative changes, adults who live in Carver County are our priority. This restriction does not apply to children 18 years and younger.

Other Important Information:
• Free parking in front lot. Enter door #2 and turn left through glass doors. Watch for signs.
• Interpreter services available.
• Please bring a record of past vaccinations.
• Children under age 18 must be with a parent or guardian, or have a signed permission form.
