Immunizations are available for children and adults who:
• Don't have health insurance
• Have health insurance that doesn't cover vaccines
AND children who:
• Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
• Are on a Minnesota Healthcare Program (MA, MNCare or PMAP)
• $21 fee/vaccine but no one denied service if unable to pay
• Most vaccines are supplied by federal and state programs and are offered at no cost to eligible individuals. Others have a fee.
• State funding for adults is limited to Carver County residents. This restriction does not apply to children under 18 years.
Other Important Information:
• Free parking in front lot. Enter door #2 and turn left through glass doors. Watch for signs.
• Interpreter services available.
• Please bring a record of past vaccinations.
• Children under age 18 must be with a parent or guardian or have a signed permission form.
