Our Annual General Meeting is just around the corner. All members are invited to attend as we review the past year, discuss the club’s direction, and confirm our 2025/26 committee.
Nominations for all positions have now closed.

Can't Attend?
You can nominate a fellow member to vote on your behalf via Proxy. Please note: Each member can hold a maximum of 2 proxies.

Proxies must be lodged with the Secretary by Monday 4th August to allow time for verification.

Only financial members may issue or receive a proxy.

Proxies cannot be given to current Executive Members – this includes:
• Keith Simpson (President)
• Vic Stiller (Vice President)
• Col Gray (Treasurer)
• Ken McGuire (Secretary)

We encourage all members to come along, have their say, and support the future of our club.
