Salsa 101
“FOUNDATIONS” - 3 to 3:50pm
This class is ideal for beginners, and essential for anyone seeking to understand this dance style. This class will explain body mechanics, connection techniques, plus it will provide participants with a quick historical overview, footwork and basic patterns. Partners are not required.
Salsa 201
“STYLE & GAMES” - 4 to 5:50pm
Ideal for intermediate and upper levels, this class focuses on dynamic movement and sharing axes, we will explore turning elements such as Spins and Spirals. We will work on dynamic movement and speed. Students will learn practical and fun amalgamations. Experience is required, partners are strongly encouraged.
