Join us at Noon on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Stonefield as we come together to transform anger into action, harnessing the energy of collective resistance. Our movement is rooted in non-violence, but it is far from passive. We stand strong, bold, and unyielding, showing the world the irresistible force of communities united against injustice.
As we know, many in our local community will impacted by the cuts made by the federal government in the new Big "Beautiful" Bill. We want to do more than just protest, we want to uplift those in our community who are taking the biggest hits from this facist regime. We will also be collecting donations for one of our community’s essential programs, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. The BRAFB helps so many of our neighbors already, and the demand for their services will only increase as the parts of this Bill begin to take effect. Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item to be donated to the BRAFB. Carpooling and riding a free Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) bus to the event are encouraged.
We do not break, nor do we break others. We build a power the regime cannot contain. We refuse to let our anger burn us out, it only lights the way forward.
