Please join us on the evening of Thursday, September 25th, 2025 from 6:00 - 9:00PM for the wine release of our 2024 small batch bianca affectionately known as, “Billy C.”
Can you guess whom it is named after?! (One of our sons who was born right around the time we planted these grapes!!!)
Billy C is our very first estate grown dry white. It is a Hungarian hybrid offering subtle notes of peach, honeydew melon, and rose petal up front with a slight note of black pepper on the finish. It is a dry, well balanced herbaceous wine that is both dynamic and yet palatable to a wider audience.
Billy C is genuinely unlike any other wine we’ve had and we are so thrilled for you to taste it that we are hosting a big release to include:
Salty Bottom Blue Oysters
Charcuterie from Fromage & Forage
Live music with John Paul Douglas & The Bitter Trades
Admission is $20 per person. (Attendees under 21 no ticket required) And yes we are super family friendly and always encourage bringing kids.
Ticket includes one glass of wine (for those over 21)
Ticket includes charcuterie which is available on a first come first serve basis
Salty Bottom Blue Oysters will be serving mouth watering oysters available to purchase (cannot wait!)
John Paul Douglas & The Bitter Trades are an exciting band. They focus their entertainment around original songwriting and storytelling, passionately influenced by the sound of the blues, rock ‘n roll, and classic country music. Be sure to check them out here:
