Wheels & Walker-thon

Walk, walker or roll with us up to 5K! The Wheels & Walker-thon: Empowering Lives Through Mobility fundraiser will help our nonprofit raise funding to provide medical mobility equipment throughout the greater Charlotte region such as wheelchairs and tub transfer benches to those in need in our community. We invite all abilities and disabilities to celebrate mobility freedom at their comfort level at the fully accessible Park Road Park in Charlotte!

It may come as a surprise to many that it's hard for those with low incomes and little to no insurance (or Medicaid gaps) to acquire the mobility equipment they need for accidents, surgery recovery or chronic conditions and disabilities.

Let's ensure we have the necessary equipment to avoid turning anyone away. Join us or donate today! Virtual option also available!
