The Shadow Within: A Journey of Sound & Stillness

Within each of us lives both light and shadow — parts of ourselves we embrace and parts we often avoid. This immersive sound bath is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and courageously sit with your shadows in a safe and nurturing space. Our shadows are not something to fear, but a beautiful part of who we are — holding wisdom, truth, and the potential for deeper self-understanding. 

Through gentle guided meditation and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, you’ll be guided inward to explore the unseen layers of your being, releasing resistance and finding peace in acceptance. The resonance of sound offers a pathway to deepen self-awareness, cultivate compassion for all parts of yourself, and begin the journey of integrating shadow into light.        

No prior meditation experience is necessary - just come with an open heart and mind 😊

What to Bring:

🛌 Yoga mat, blanket and or cushion

👀 Eye Mask (highly recommended)

🧦 Comfy clothes

💧Water

📔Journal + Pen (optional)
