Come and go as you need. After tea, we’ll settle into our Kirtan practice, singing ancient mantras that heal and uplift mind, body, and soul.

Repeating the mantras as they are sung not only quiets the mind it gives the body something to do, helping it to relax. The breathing involved in chanting, much like in sitting meditation, gives the mind/body an anchor, allowing awareness to be redirected, away from what we think we are into what we truly are. What comes next is a direct experience of truth. Come try this powerful practice Sundays at 3pm. Parking in driveway, on Wild Partridge rd a few doors down, or across the street.
