Suffolk Punch x Pilot Brewing Beer Dinner

Join Suffolk Punch Brewing and Pilot Brewing for an exclusive 4-course beer dinner pairing on Monday, October 21. For $75, enjoy a chef-curated menu crafted to highlight and complement specialty brews from both breweries, plus insights and stories from the teams behind them.

PLUS, we’re brewing a special collaboration beer JUST for this event! The Advanced IPA (paired with Course 2) is a brand-new collab release between Suffolk Punch and Pilot, debuting at the dinner.

This unforgettable evening will be led by Advanced Cicerones Rachael Hudson and Robert Rivera, guiding you through each pairing with expert insight and behind-the-scenes stories.

The Cicerone Certification Program empowers beer professionals worldwide by fostering the development and recognition of beer expertise, skill, and knowledge.

Additionally, $5 from each ticket will be donated to charity!

Course 1 – Kölsch
Leek & Potato Pierogi with Kölsch-braised onion, red cabbage kraut, and chive crème fraîche.

Course 2 – West Coast IPA
Mussels Fra Diavolo with IPA & Calabrian tomato brodo, fresh herbs, and grilled bread.
(Paired with the brand-new Advanced IPA collaboration beer)

Course 3 – Amber Ale
Braised Beef Short Rib with amber ale beet demi, sweet potato purée, and charred cippolini.

Course 4 – Porter
Buttercream Whoopie Pie with chocolate cookie, porter buttercream, and coffee dust.
