This dynamic event begins with an empowering, high-energy self-defense session focused on releasing anger, fear, and tension through movement and practical techniques. We’ll then transition into a guided group discussion to reflect, connect, and integrate the experience. The evening closes with a calming meditative sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully settle and restore.
