Boris and the Joy

Boris, the Ukrainian/Russian singer, composer and guitar player, after touring the world as the guitarist of gypsy-punk band Gogol Bordello for a decade, now brings us his solo project Boris & The Joy.

Boris & The Joy’s flexible electro-pop stylings shimmer with psychedelic undertones, soul-baring lyrics and intimate incantations of love, hope and joy.

The explosive live show takes the concept of a concert to the plainfield of a ceremony. An adventure through a full arc of emotions is interweaved through the song list in every set.

His life’s journey and personal philosophy of connection and community through music are the fibers of the emotionally and sonically colorful Boris & The Joy.
