Hand-made pastry filled with sweet potato cooked in coconut milk & rosemary butter

Casamigos Mezcal, red wine, cinnamon, mint & citrus juices, gently simmered

3rd Course

Arroz con Gandules & Northern Turkey
Jasmine rice with pigeon peas & sofrito, topped with slow-cooked turkey in norteña sauce

Coquito
Coconut milk, condensed milk, cream of coconut & Zacapa Rum

4th Course

Pernil al Horno
Crispy, bone-in pork shoulder slow-roasted for 8 hours with spices, garlic, oregano & adobo, served over rosemary potatoes & local olive oil

Don Julio Tequila, Drambuie, lime juice & pomegranate juice

5th Course

Panetón de la casa
Panetón with Aguaymanto Sauce & Fresh Fruits, topped with melted marshmallow for a festive finish
