Welcome to the Charlotte Commercial Real Estate SuperInvestors Meetup Group!

We are a small group of real estate investors who invest in commercial real estate both actively and passively.
We meet bi-weekly or monthly in Charlotte in-person or virtually to educate ourselves and share resources, information, and related knowledge. We find investment opportunities, partners, and deals and make smart choices for our investment decisions and portfolios.

With different professional and entrepreneurial backgrounds, what binds us together is our passion for commercial real estate investments and our beliefs in sharing and empowering each other because commercial real estate is a "Team Sport".

How to start with small CRE projects targeting 2–3× returns in ~12 months. If we can do it, you can too.

Case Studies (real deals):

Rolling Hills (Lexington, NC): Raw land → ready-to-build. Due diligence, access/roads & bridges, utilities/septic path, and multiple exits (subdivide, RV/boat storage, JV).

Denton Retail (Denton, NC): Non-performing wedding venue → multi-tenant retail. Renovations, leasing strategy, and real demand signals from highway exposure.
