Join us for a special evening at Ever Andalo with a coursed wine dinner celebrating the food and wines of Italy’s Trentino-Alto Adige region.
Our story begins in the Dolomites, where the village of Andalo gave our restaurant its name. During travels through northern Italy, our owners, Jamie Brown and Jeff Tonidandel, traced the rare Tonidandel family name back to this small mountain town in the Trentino–Alto Adige region. While Andalo lies in Trentino, its traditions, cuisine, and landscape are deeply tied to its northern neighbor, Alto Adige. This dinner is a way to honor those connections—bringing together alpine flavors and the crisp, aromatic wines that define the region.

Our Executive Chef Sam Sheehan and Sommeliers Michael Klinger and Catherine Dawson will guide the evening, sharing stories and inspiration behind each dish and pairing.
