I’m thrilled to announce my next collaboration with Kat Harmon on Saturday 2/21/26, as we come together to set intentions for 2025 through the transformative power of dance.
About Kat Harmon:
Kat Harmon is a movement guide, embodiment facilitator, and community builder with nearly four decades of dance experience and over two decades of teaching, choreography, and facilitation across dance, yoga, and somatic movement. With a background that includes 39 years of dance, 24+ years of teaching and choreography, and 15+ years as a yoga teacher, Kat weaves together mindful movement, nervous system support, somatic awareness, breathwork, and embodied expression to help people reconnect with their bodies in safe, accessible, and liberating ways.
Her work is deeply informed by, nervous system regulation, and energy-based modalities, while remaining grounded, practical, and welcoming for real humans living real lives. Kat believes movement is medicine—not as performance, but as presence—and creates spaces where expression is prioritized over perfection.
Her facilitation style is warm, playful, and empowering—inviting participants to listen to their bodies, move with curiosity, and remember that joy, connection, and freedom are already within reach.
Kat is fixture of this community and we are excited to have her lead us for a journey into the body as we launch this 2026 dance season.
