CRC Group Run x Topo/Feetures/Tailwind x BMR

Join us Saturday for our group run, from CRC Dilworth. You'll have 3 options for a start time. 5:30am: Our 20-mile crew will start with 4 "early" miles before heading back for the 6:30am main group start. 6:30am: This is our main training group start with most doing 10-16 miles. 7:30am: This is our start for BMR Charlotte. Joining us this morning will be our reps from Topo(demos), Feetures, Tailwind, Coros, and Nathan. We'll have plenty of coolers out with water, as well as Tailwind hydration for our electrolyte option this weekend.
