Join us for HIIT & Connect, a dynamic fitness class designed to improve your strength, conditioning, and mobility while building connections within the community. Expect a fun, high-energy workout that blends functional strength training, mobility work, and heart-pumping conditioning—all in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Meet Your Coach: TJ 👊

TJ has been a personal trainer and coach since 2015, helping individuals reach a variety of fitness goals. He believes that structured movement is key to a high-quality life and long-term vitality. As a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist, he focuses on **building functional strength and efficient movement patterns to prevent and eliminate physical limitations. His background as a Paul Chek Holistic Life Coach and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) practitioner allows him to take a well-rounded approach to fitness, helping clients not only improve performance but also recover effectively.

TJ enjoys working with competitive athletes, kids and young adults, and post-rehabilitation clients, creating training sessions that are both challenging and sustainable. Outside of coaching, he pushes his own limits by competing in CrossFit competitions and weightlifting meets. 🏋️‍♂️🔥
