Restorative Yoga

Thursday afternoons are for Restorative Yoga at the Circle of Arts with Heidi Grace Dietrich! All levels welcome.
Slow down and recharge with gentle stretching, mindful breathwork, and restorative postures to help you unwind and reset.
Bring a yoga matt and water.
$20 drop-in per class, or $72 for the full 4-week series.
