When: Tuesdays and Sundays at 9:30 AM, August 3 - September 30
Level: All Levels, Especially Beginners
Duration: 55 minutes

This gentle, grounding mat Pilates class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to move at a slower, more intentional pace. You'll be guided through supported exercises focused on core strength, stability, breathwork, and mindful movement to help release tension and improve flexibility. Surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, you’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and restored.

Great for: regular practitioners & beginners looking to slow down and work on form.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, optional towel or blanket, and comfortable clothing to move in.
