A longtime Lowcountry tradition, the Drayton Hall Oyster Roast is a festive event that celebrates Charleston’s rich history and coastal culture. Join locals and visitors alike for an afternoon of all-you-can-eat oysters, a hearty chili bar, and local beverages—all set against the backdrop of one of America’s most significant historic sites.
Explore Drayton Hall’s exhibit galleries before the event (tours of the house are not included), then gather under the oaks for an unforgettable holiday experience. Lawn chairs are welcome, but please leave pets, coolers, and outside food and drinks at home.
