Zen Motion Class

Join this dynamic and holistic class focused on cultivating physical awareness, strength and fluidity through diverse movement patterns. Deanna incorporates yoga, stretching and mindfulness practices, encouraging participants to explore their body's range of motion, improve posture and develop both flexibility and stability. Ideal for all levels, Zen Motion promotes body alignment, mental clarity and improved mobility, with an emphasis on conscious movement, meditation and breathwork. By engaging in a wide variety of movement techniques, participants enhance their mind-body connection, reduce stress and increase overall well-being. Not only will you improve your overall mobility, you will benefit from the EESystem, which releases scalar and bio-photonic light energy in the room where the class is held. The EESystem creates an electromagnetic field where the body's ability to recharge and heal is exponentially heightened.
