Plein Air at Bader Park

Join us for a relaxed weekend of creativity in the great outdoors! Plein Air at Bader Park invites artists, photographers, and creatives of all kinds to capture the beauty of Bader’s landscapes — from cottonwood groves to prairie trails and quiet ponds.

Participants are also welcome to explore and work at Gjerloff Prairie, a nearby native tallgrass prairie offering wide-open skies, native grasses, and inspiring vistas.

This is an unstructured, come-and-go event with no registration fees. We encourage participants to camp and enjoy the weekend, or simply come out for the day.

Cost: Free to participate! (Campers pay regular camping fees; day visitors need a Bader Park vehicle pass.)
