Aerial Restorative Workshop

Come join us for a blissful, relaxing evening! With the silks lower to the ground, you will use the hammock to support your body through a restorative yoga sequence. The hammock is made of soft fabric and is attached to the ceiling, allowing the body to be partially or fully suspended in the air. This provides a unique form of support that can help to deepen stretches, reduce tension in the body, and promote relaxation. Restorative aerial incorporates elements of traditional restorative yoga, such as deep breathing and gentle stretches, but with the added benefit of the hammock for support. Plus we conclude with a floating savasana that will leave you peaceful and ready for a good night’s rest.
